Credit Card & Refund Policy
To reserve your session date and time, a valid credit card is required. A deposit and/or session fee may be charged at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Deposits
Deposits are refundable if the session is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Session Fees
Session fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. Session fees cover time spent on planning, scheduling, and reserving your date.
Expenses & Special Requests
Any expenses incurred specifically for your shoot are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom or specialty backdrops (including specific colors)
Location reservations or studio rentals
Props, permits, or equipment rentals
Any non-refundable reservations made on your behalf
These costs are incurred in advance and cannot be recovered once purchased or booked.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session or arrive too late to complete the shoot may forfeit all payments made. Sessions may need to be shortened or rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion, and additional fees may apply.
Chargebacks
By booking a session, you agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for services rendered or fees outlined in this policy. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns so we can resolve them promptly.
